- Freezing
- Crashing
- Misprints
- Stuck in Download
- Error Messages
- Tools or Features not working as expected
- "You do not have access to this feature"
To resolve these issues, we recommend submitting a support ticket so that our Tech Support Specialists can assist you. In order to begin troubleshooting, our Tech agent may request information about your computer system specs and internet connection speed. You can provide this information by emailing support@stockstotrade.com or calling us at (866) 345-4576. Our support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm ET.
Here is the information that is requested:
- Computer Specifications: CPU (Exact model number), RAM, Operating system, and Graphics card
- Internet connection speed (you can obtain this from http://speedtest.net)
