Experiencing Tech Issues

If you are experiencing one or more of the following, this could be due to tech issues. 

  • Freezing
  • Crashing
  • Misprints
  • Stuck in Download
  • Error Messages
  • Tools or Features not working as expected
  • "You do not have access to this feature"

Since every system and network running STT varies, we would suggest sending in a support ticket so we can have one of our Tech Support Specialists assist in resolving the issue. 


In order to begin troubleshooting, our Tech agent will most likely request your computer system specs and connection speed. You can provide this information to our team by emailing support@stockstotrade.com or calling us at (866)345-4576. We are available Monday - Friday 9 am -5 pm ET. 


Here are the system spec and internet information that is requested:

  • Computer Specifications: CPU (Exact model number), RAM, Operating system, and Graphics card



Once you have located them, be sure to take and send screenshots of them to our agents. Here is how you can take a screenshot:
