However, we need to ensure that you comply with market rules and are not a licensed or non-licensed advisor, commonly referred to as a professional user.

To access real-time full data, you must complete the provided agreement forms and agree to the market requirements. It's important to note that the forms contain specific rules that should be followed when filling them out.

Please be aware that certain responses in the employment section are not acceptable and may result in your account being flagged for insufficient information. These include:

• PO Box addresses
• Unemployed
• Retired
• N/A
• None
• Self-employed without details
• Student without details

If you fall into one of these categories and are unsure how to respond, here are some alternative suggestions:

• Part-time Investor

If your account is flagged as a potential Professional account or if there is a lack of information on the form, our Compliance Team will contact you to explain why we currently do not offer service to professionals or to request additional information to ensure your form complies with market regulations.

The Compliance Team will send you two email notifications requesting the necessary information. If there is no response, your account will be temporarily suspended until the information is provided and the issue is resolved.
