If you find that your chat appears empty, you may be currently viewing the Info Box, which only displays mentions of specific tickers made on the current day. To access the full chat, ensure you are in the Global Chat by following these steps:

1. Open a new window by clicking on the plus (+) icon.
2. Select the Chat widget.
3. This will take you to the Global Chat, where you can view and participate in the full conversation with other users.

By making sure that you are in the Global Chat, you can access the complete chat content and engage with the community to stay updated and participate in discussions.
