Does StocksToTrade provide brokerage services?

No. StocksToTrade is a data and software provider. Trading integration is offered through our proprietary broker aggregation system. To learn more, please refer to this Article.

Does it cost anything to use the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

No. StocksToTrade does not charge or collect fees or commissions for trades that have been initiated through a brokerage linked account on the StocksToTrade platform. Your broker account fees will still be applicable based on the account specific fees and commissions established by the brokerage firm.

Is there an account minimum balance to use the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

Minimum account balances are determined by the brokerage firm. If you have a properly funded brokerage account with one of the supported Broker Integration feature brokers, you may use the feature at your discretion.

Should I contact the StocksToTrade Customer Support for broker, order or transaction related questions?

No. Should you have a question relating to your broker or any transactions performed using the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature, you should contact your broker directly through their official support channels. StocksToTrade does not collect any trade related information and cannot provide any assistance regarding orders, trades, transactions or broker related inquiries.

Is it safe to use the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

Yes. StocksToTrade, provides state of the art encryption for all communication relating to transactions, order and trades. Moreover, StocksToTrade stores locally all credential tokens with advanced encryption algorithms.

Can StocksToTrade assist me with stock advise or investment ideas?

Are there any requirements to use the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

To use the Broker Integration feature, you must have an adequately funded and activated account with one of the supported brokers by the integration.

Does StocksToTrade Broker Integration support paper trading through my broker?

No. At this time, StocksToTrade Broker Integration does support linking to broker paper-trading accounts.

Is there a limit to the number of brokers I an link through the StocksToTrade Broker Integration?

No.There is no limit to the number of linked broker accounts. You may link as many valid broker accounts as you have available. StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature allows you to link any supported broker accounts that you may have.

Is there any delay between order placement and execution using the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

The StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature provides near real-time placement of orders and order status updates. However, StocksToTrade being a third party integration platform, there may be some delays between order submission and reception by the broker; these may be caused by, but not limited to, network congestion, limited bandwidth, connectivity issues. StocksToTrade does not and cannot guarantee in any way or form the successful submission and reception of order messages to a broker.

Can I Short Sell securities using the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

Short Selling capabilities are exclusively determined by your broker. For more information on short selling capabilities, please contact your broker customer support. StocksToTrade can only transmit order requests and update order and transaction statuses received from the linked broker.

Can I trade OTC Markets and OTC-BB stocks using the StocksToTrade Broker Integration feature?

OTC Markets and OTC-BB trading capabilities are exclusively determined by your broker. For more information on trading OTC Markets and OTC-BB securities capabilities, please contact your broker customer support. StocksToTrade can only transmit order requests and update order and transaction statuses received from the linked broker.
