When you book your orientation call, you should expect a few things to happen.

Firstly, immediately after booking your orientation call, you will receive a confirmation with all of the necessary information. It will be titled "SCHEDULED: [your name] meeting [orientation agent's name] - [membership (ex: Daily Income Trader, IRIS Analytics)] Orientation Call. We've included a screenshot below to give you a better idea.

Pay close attention to the email address in the red box; this is how it will appear in your email inbox.

Below is what your email will look like. Once more, pay close attention to the contents inside the red box. This will have the time of your conference, as well as how to access your orientation call. 

Please note, these orientation calls are conducted through Zoom; the orientation agent will conduct a screen-share to provide you a detailed visual walkthrough of your membership. They are NOT phone calls. 

If you're unfamiliar with Zoom, it's very easy to use. Most computers come with Zoom already installed, but just in case, you can download it free here for a Windows computer or here for a Mac/Apple computer.

If you have a calendar app, such as Google Calendar, you can also add your meeting directly into your calendar as well. All the relevant information should appear as such:
