If you're attempting to log into the StocksToTrade platform and see the "You do not have access to this feature" error, several common reasons could explain this issue.

1. Your Service Does Not Include Software Access

The most common reason for this error is that the service you signed up for does not include access to the StocksToTrade platform. Access to the software is reserved for customers who have purchased one of the following memberships:

• Trader's Bundle
• Daily Income Trader (DIT) System
• StocksToTrade Platform

If you signed up for a different StocksToTrade service, such as one of the following, it does not include access to the software:

• StocksToTrade Advisory
• Iris Analytics
• Alpha Indicator
• Meridian Trader System
• Daily Market Profits

These services are accessible only through university.stockstotrade.com and do not grant access to the StocksToTrade platform itself.

2. Double-Check Your Login Email

If you’ve purchased a membership that should grant you access to the software but are still seeing the error message, please double-check the email address you used to sign up. You need to use the same email to log in to the platform.

3. Tim Sykes Challenge Students and Software Access

If you’re a Challenge student, you are eligible for one year of access to the StocksToTrade software. However, before logging in, you must activate your membership.
