If you're having trouble connecting your brokerage account, we recommend resetting your trading module. A reset can often resolve temporary glitches or errors affecting the connection. 

To find the reset option, go to the settings menu in the upper right-hand corner of the platform. This menu includes various options to customize and manage your trading experience.

Once reset, enter your saved security questions to log in and set your trading account back up.
