Why do you show different Float values than other sources?

Float calculation varies from source to source, and different parameters may be considered for the calculation.

This typically depends on whether the Float is directly obtained from SEC filings or calculated based on outstanding shares versus insider-held shares and other factors.

StocksToTrade primarily uses the Float reported by companies to the SEC in their filings. When this information is unavailable, our platform calculates Float by subtracting the number of privately held shares from the total number of outstanding shares.
